WOWX Completes Its Transition from CEX to Decentralized Derivatives Infrastructure

Following more than two years of research and development and nearly one year of practical implementation, WOWX has moved beyond its original centralized exchange model, developed under a European regulatory framework, toward an infrastructure-focused architecture centered on perpetual derivatives, transparent execution and on-chain market infrastructure.
As part of this transformation, WOWX Labs Ltd. has been registered in New York to lead product development, engineering, protocol architecture and advanced technology research. New York was selected for its proximity to one of the world's leading ecosystems for financial technology, capital markets expertise, engineering talent and institutional innovation.
