Function Health Club in Vancouver has launched new personal training packages to help gym-goers keep fit during the pandemic. The packages include both in-gym and online personal training options.

The newly launched training packages offer a solution to gym users who wish to get fit during the pandemic. The club is offering services both in the gym and online to help individuals get back on track with their goals.
The club believes working with a personal trainer is the most effective way to achieve results, and individuals now have several personal training options to choose from.
Online training options are available to assist individuals during the pandemic. Individuals will be paired with a suitable trainer who will devise a customized health and fitness plan following an assessment.
Over the course of the plan, the trainer will track the individual’s progress and adapt the plan as necessary.
The newly launched packages also include in-gym personal training at the club’s two locations. Individuals can visit the gym to gain access to open gym and small group training sessions with a personal trainer.
Supported by TrueCoach, a Cloud-based personal training system and mobile app, the trainer will create tailored tasks and programs and check in on the gym goer’s progress.
Gym goers are also welcome to attend small group classes, that offer a blend of strength training, conditioning, mobility, and stretching. A number of classes are also available virtually.

Similar packages are also available at the club’s Port Coquitlam gym. Individuals can choose between group classes, sports performance training, personal training, youth fitness programs, and more.
