London, United Kingdom - January 29, 2023 /PressCable/ —
For the last 30 years, Toby Maguire has been helping individuals and companies manage stress, improve their concentration, and gain greater clarity of their business and personal goals through meditation and coaching.
Toby Maguire said this when interviewed by Northern Periphery Media, “It has been a joy and a privilege to watch people grow and reach their full potential. From high achievers looking to manage stress or change career to retirees looking for greater peace of mind, meditation always improves your experience of life. It certainly changed mine.” He went on to say, “The level of stress in society is at epidemic levels like never before due to the continuing year after year impact of Covid-19 on society of all nations.”
Northern Periphery research found doctors estimate that between 75% and 85% of illness and psychological disorders are stress related. As a result of it being more noticeable how people globally seem to be stressed, Government websites are recommending taking breaks from news stories, including those on social media. They note it is good to be informed, but constant information about negative events can be upsetting. They consider limiting news to just a couple times a day and disconnecting from phone, TV, and computer screens for a while.
Toby Maguire said, “The estimate that between 75% and 85% of illness and psychological disorders are stress related may sound excessive, but when you think that virtually every cell and organ of the body is affected by stress, then it is easier to understand how it can easily affect our physical and psychological well-being. It cannot be underestimated the impact stress has on us all and the faster one acts on symptoms surfacing, the faster it can be successfully treated.”
Toby Maguire offers private one to one coaching on how to manage your mind, gain clarity of your goals in life and experience greater joy and satisfaction in your professional and personal life. To learn more about his services, visit the website here: https://www.tobymaguire.com
