The New Online Project Management System Specifically Designed For The UK Planning Industry
Jun 7, 2022
Lancashire, UK - June 7, 2022 —
Architects and town planners have spent years using different project management systems to help them with their regular tasks. The problem is that most of these systems aren’t purpose-built. They’re generic applications that anyone can use for project management. PlanMan is a new solution that’s noticed this issue and tackled it. Here, architects and town planners can enjoy a system that’s specifically designed for them. It’s tailored for this industry and has a host of features that people in these professions will find incredibly useful.
Made BY Architects & Town Planners
The key thing about PlanMan is that it has been developed by architects and town planners. Numerous individuals in these industries have expressed their dislike of previous project management systems. They’re too clunky and universal; there aren’t many features that are specific to the work that’s usually carried out.
By having real architects and town planners as the backbone behind the app development process, it’s allowed PlanMan to cater to these professionals. All of the features and integrations have been developed with this in mind. Everything is geared towards helping architects and town planners become more efficient when managing projects.
Based In The Cloud
A critical feature of PlanMan is that it needs to be based in the cloud for it to function as a modern-day project management application. The modern professionals in these industries are constantly on the move. This means they require a system that can be accessed from anywhere, at any time. That’s exactly what can be achieved with PlanMan. It’s cloud-based and lets individuals manage their projects without the need for network storage or additional software downloads.
The application itself comes with a variety of different features. Some of the big ones for architects and town planners include a Quotes function that allows users to write up quotes for projects in the click of a button. There’s also integration with popular third-party applications - such as FreshBooks and GoCardless - allowing users to manage the financial side of projects with ease.
Overall, it’s an interesting new project management system to hit the UK market. While still in its infancy, it’s clear that PlanMan is gearing up for a meteoric rise. Made for architects & town planners, and made BY architects & town planners; it’s a match made in heaven.
