In this newly released report, The Autobody Source highlights the history of SprayMax technology and how it has become an efficient aerosol spray system for repair work by collision repair professionals and automotive refinishing experts.

SprayMax is a two-component spray that offers a cost-effective alternative to traditional spray guns. Over the years, Peter Kwasny GmbH has introduced the 2K chamber system and a flexible filling system in the form of FillClean while retaining the handy spray can design. Users can select from a range of SprayMax products that cater to all aspects of paint damage repair and other painted automotive surfaces.

“We have ambitious plans for the future of SprayMax: modern coating systems are to be integrated and application performance improved even further,” said Peter Kwasny GmbH as quoted by The Autobody Source. “In view of the sustainability and environmental strategy to which we have committed ourselves holistically, all the components that makeup SprayMax are being optimized for ecological improvements.”

To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the company is offering a 500ml SprayMax special series with 25% more content. The Edition PK series includes 1K Uni Clear spray cans that can be used for quick coating and sealing of repair and new paint jobs and uses a 1-component clear coat that is recommended for use on soft, flexible components such as plastic parts.

The special series also includes 1K Uni Prime spray cans. These are filled with a fast-drying primer filler used to insulate sanded-through areas with high filling power. Users can apply this product directly to steel, aluminum, and different plastics.
