See Brilliance provided commercial restorative cleaning services to support the regeneration of Parmer Cardiff Waterside, bringing new life to the area.

United Kingdom - January 7, 2019 / / —
Parmer Cardiff Waterside is one of Wales' largest office locations. The site itself comprises over 400,000 square feet of office space in Cardiff's attractive bay area and is home to over 25 large companies including The Confederation of British Industry and Creditsafe. The area has been the focus of a variety of regeneration efforts in recent years and See Brilliance has recently provided commercial cleaning services to support the project.
See Brilliance supported the regeneration project by revitalising buildings in the area using innovative DOFF steam cleaning procedures. The work completed by See Brilliance meant that buildings across the site were clean and free from dirt, moss and algae, improving the appearance of the outside of the buildings and reinforcing the message that Parmer Cardiff Waterside is Cardiff's premier bayside office location.
Nigel Bennett, Technical Director at See Brilliance, said: “We were extremely pleased to be involved in the recent commercial regeneration project at Parmer Cardiff Waterside. Our teams worked extensively in cleaning the stone and brick buildings using the DOFF steam cleaning system, a safe and environmentally friendly process which restores stone buildings without using harsh chemicals. With over 400,000 square feet of office space across the site, the Parmer Waterside project is certainly one to remember.”
See Brilliance specialise in returning metal, glass and stone buildings to their former glory using specialist techniques that restore and protect. In this case, innovative DOFF steam cleaning procedures allowed the team to restore buildings without any harmful chemicals or lasting environmental impact. This is ideal for restoration projects and is popular with English Heritage as well as the National Trust.
The Parmer Cardiff Waterside regeneration project has brought many companies together to revitalise a sadly neglected area of Cardiff. Now, with many new buildings springing up around the newly regenerated and clean buildings, the area is already thriving once more. The architecture is attracting large companies and corporations to the area and suddenly, Parmer Cardiff Waterside looks the business.
