‘Website Leads Pro’ help local businesses generate more publicity online. Interested dog owners are encouraged to make an enquiry about spots available.

Simon says “dog owners needing professional dog walkers and day care services in Romford or surrounding locations have to take extra precaution in choosing the right company – albeit there are excellent providers. But there are also providers who are not professionally well qualified or not highly competent in animal care. Some professional dog walkers are not very passionate animal lovers to give them all the attention they deserve and mainly in the business for financial gain. So, it may not be straightforward to find those offering high quality service at affordable rates”.

These dog walking companies offer group walks (e.g. two dogs together kept on the lead) or exclusive one to one dedicated walking service. As no two dogs are the same, they are treated according to their individual needs. Hence providers offer a FREE no obligation consultation to prospective clients to identify their specific requirements.

The Kennel Club – UK’s largest organisation dedicated to protecting and promoting the health and welfare of all dogs says that every dog owner has a duty of care to make sure that their dog gets at least one 30-minute walk each day. As lack of exercise is bad for their health. It’s important that dogs go out for walking exercise every day in a safe and secure area, or they may become frustrated. Time spent in the garden (no matter how large) is no substitute for exploring new environments. Access to open spaces is absolutely essential for the health and wellbeing of all dogs.

The Kennel Club also says “For your dog, walking is essential for its long term health and fitness – keeping the muscles strong and supple and ensuring that it doesn’t get overweight. With one third of our pets estimated to be overweight as a result of their owners’ sedentary lifestyles, walking is an essential part of being a responsible dog owner”.

Besides, the Animal Welfare Act introduced in the UK in 2007 puts a legal responsibility on dog owners to provide a ‘Duty of Care’ for their pet which includes letting an animal to display normal behaviour patterns, including the ability for a dog to be exercised.

Owners may not be aware of how incredibly lonely and bored their dogs get when left home alone (without walking exercise), particularly for long periods of time. As a result, they can end up constantly growling, barking or howling for hours which may then lead to complaints from neighbours for causing ongoing nuisance.

Busy dog owners unable to walk their pet each day are strongly advised to seriously consider the services of top professional dog walking companies.
