Rainbow Notary and Nuptials Is Florida's Trusted Online Notary

January 30, 2023 - /PressAdvantage/ - Jacksonville, Florida - The Florida-based organization Rainbow Notary and Nuptials has maintained its good reputation by servicing people who are looking for a “Notary Near Me.”

They have gained the community's trust and continue to expand their clientele reach. The company is based in Jacksonville but also provides notary services in St. Augustine, Daytona, Treasure Coast, Ocala, Gainesville, Orlando, Kissimmee, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, and Miami.

Since its debut in 2018, Rainbow Notary and Nuptials has expanded to more than a dozen notaries networked around Florida to service clients throughout the state. Everyone is licensed, bonded, and insured, and most of their notaries are members of the National Notary Association.

They have catered to clients across the state with their mobile notary services. In 2020, the company also started its remote online notary services. Their notaries can notarize documents wherever they are, regardless of whether they are in town or across the globe. They notarize affidavits, financial forms, prenuptial and premarital agreements, loyalty oaths, liability releases and permissions, power of attorney, legal settlements, and contracts, among other things.

Though done online, the legitimacy of the documents notarized is assured by Rainbow Notary and Nuptials. They use a safe and secure Knowledge-Based Authentication system in their Remote Online Notarization Services. With KBA, they verify the signer's identity using a driver's license or passport credential analysis. In addition, clients and notaries can utilize the application to have a face-to-face video conference recorded and stored for ten years, thereby protecting and confirming the transaction.

Rainbow Notary and Nuptials likewise highlight the convenience their services provide. Customers can sign documents from any location and transmit them to Rainbow Notary and Nuptials in Florida via smartphone, tablet, or computer. The remote notary public then delivers the documents to the Florida Secretary of State and sends them back through FedEx to customers.

Rainbow Notary and Weddings offers complimentary consultations for their products and services. In addition, they offer Wedding Officiant Services in Florida. Couples can be married by an Ordained Minister or a Florida Commissioned Notary. They wed all couples, including members of the LGBTQA community.

"We prepare the ceremony and offer a free consultation to the couple to create the ideal service for their wedding day. Then, we take care of the filing of license with the appropriate Clerk of Courts," they add.

On the topic of weddings, the Rainbow Wedding Chapel is also available to the general public. The Chapel is an ideal location for a walk-in wedding and an outstanding option for the ceremony. The Chapel is located within Maddy D's Cafe, 440 West Adams Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
