For more formal events, their 275-guest Ballroom has glass chandeliers, light-up backdrops, and floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the golf course. For less formal events, Old Orchard offers their 125-guest Clubhouse, which provides a more casual setting complete with bar access, cocktail tables, and fireplaces. Both the Ballroom and Clubhouse also have access to lighted outdoor porches for events held at night.
For wedding ceremonies specifically, Old Orchard offers three different venues. Their 200-guest Indoor Ceremony venue lies just off the Ballroom and similarly has floor-to-ceiling windows, chairs, a ceremony arch, and an audio set-up. They also offer the 10th Tee Ceremony and Front Garden Ceremony venues, which are both outdoors. These options—which are 300 and 100-guest respectively—provide open-air scenic backdrops and come with chairs, arches, and audio set-up.
Old Orchard also provides wedding parties with access to its newly remodelled 300-square-foot bridal suite. This state-of-the-art room includes private restrooms and dressing rooms, vanities, mirrors, storage lockers, and lounge seating. It also offers a nice setting for pre-wedding photo opportunities.
