Northbrook Dental Services Provider Discusses Ways that Individuals can Enhance Their Smile this New Year
Jan 19, 2021
January 19, 2021 - /PressAdvantage/ - Northbrook Dentist Office has been providing treatments that help improve people’s smiles for over 33 years now. They also realize that many people are not even aware that getting a ‘smile makeover’ is possible. This is not only possible they say but there are several ways a dental professional can go about doing this. That’s why this Northbrook, IL-based dental practice wanted to take the time to discuss some of the more popular smile enhancement treatments that they offer.
The lead dentist at this office, Dr. Steven Kacel, says, “One of the facial features that everyone is most aware of on themselves is their smile. This is true whether someone has a pretty smile or some problems with their teeth alignment and appearance that they would rather hide. While we take great pride in helping those with a nice smile keep it that way, we are equally as concerned with helping those that can use some improvements to their smile get the treatments that will allow them to do this. There are few things more satisfying in my job than seeing the smile on someone’s face when we go over the treatments that have the potential to give them a smile makeover. Except maybe the smile on their faces once these smile-enhancing treatments have been completed.”
Dr. Kacel stated that a smile makeover always starts with a free consultation and that is followed up by a comprehensive dental exam. The exam is important because no two smile makeovers are usually ever accomplished in the same manner. It helps him design a treatment or series of treatments that have the best chance of getting a patient the smile enhancements that they desire. He went on to say that their most often requested smile-enhancing treatments include dental bonding. This is when a tooth-colored composite material is applied to fill in small gaps in broken or chipped teeth to improve their appearance. The lead dentist says that another popular smile makeover treatment that they use is dental veneers. These are tooth coverings that adhere only to the front surfaces of teeth and are used to hide all types of tooth imperfections. He added that their Northbrook dental teeth whitening treatments are also a time-tested means of improving the look of anyone’s smile. Although the previously-mentioned treatments are the most popular ones for patients that want to improve their smiles, he says dental implants, dental bridges, and image-preserving Invisalign braces can also be used by someone to enhance their smile.
The smile makeover treatments that Dr. Kacel and his staff provide at Northbrook Dentist Office are also highly thought of by those that have had them done and left reviews on them. Karina Wiggins stated, “Dr. Kacel is patient and thorough. He made certain I was comfortable at all times and often asked for my input to guarantee a result I would be happy with. His staff is warm yet professional. I am happy with the outcome of my dental work, and would highly recommend Dr. Kacel and his super staff.” A patient that wished to remain anonymous wrote, “Dr. Kacel is outstanding. My veneers are beautiful and people compliment me on my smile all the time. He is meticulous with subtle elements of color and will not settle for anything less than perfection.” Glowing Google Maps Business Listing reviews such as these help explain why this dental office averages a perfect 5-star rating on the nearly 100 reviews that have been left on that listing.
Dr. Kacel also mentioned that in addition to treatments that can help someone improve their smile, they also offer such services as teeth cleaning, advanced cavity detection, dental crowns, and full and partial dentures. They even can help patients with snoring problems and unhealthy sleep apnea concerns.
