A new non-profit has launched to help youths and young adults craft a personal growth plan to learn new skills, create a tangible approach to purposeful living and achieve their life-fulfilling goals.

CHICAGO, IL: A new non-profit has launched to help youths and young adults craft a personal growth plan to learn new skills, create a tangible approach to purposeful living and achieve their life-fulfilling goals. In addition to providing education and development classes via streaming services, Kenechi also provides mentors that will serve as a guide every step of the way.
Kenechi offers interactive programs, instruction, and resources on a variety of topics to provide young adults with the education and tools they need to succeed and thrive in their personal development journey. Their personalized learning programs include valuable life skills such as finance and money, health and wellness, personal and workplace skills, education and careers, performing and fine arts, and writing and public speaking.
“When we were first discussing starting something like this, the initial idea to offer values and skills to underserved youths; the idea came from our founder who grew up on the south side of Chicago and faced many challenges growing up,” noted Len Marchese, CEO of Kenechi. “His desire to start what is now Kenechi was conceptualized from a central question of what he might have achieved if he had someone to guide him and to provide the skills and the values to overcome those challenges.”
Kenechi is born out of the idea that everyone has a purpose and a plan for their lives. No matter where one is in fulfilling that purpose, there is always work that can be done to refine oneself. Kenechi wants to assist youth and their families throughout this journey.
