Mortgage Leads Co Opens Real-Time Marketplace for Exclusive Mortgage Leads Sourced Directly From Borrowers

Mortgage Leads Co lets loan officers, brokers and lenders buy purchase, refinance, cash-out, DSCR, HELOC and reverse mortgage leads by state and credit tier, with no contracts and a 72-hour return window

Birmingham, United States, November 1, 2026 -- Mortgage Leads Co (mortgageleadsco.com), a marketplace for mortgage leads serving loan officers, mortgage brokers and lenders, today announced its pay-per-lead platform that delivers borrower inquiries to buyers in real time across all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Buyers choose exclusive mortgage leads, sold to one buyer only, or shared leads, sold to no more than three buyers, and pay only for the leads they receive, with no contracts or setup fees.

The company says its leads come from borrowers who submit inquiries on consumer websites it owns and operates, rather than from resold or co-registration data. Those websites include Lendrue.com, RefiCalculator.com, DSCRRefinanceLoans.com, PurchaseMortgageLoan.com, CalculatorMortgage.com and MortgageCompanyComparison.com, and the full list is published on the company's Lead Sources page.

Mortgage Leads Co sells exclusive mortgage leads to loan officers in real time.

"Loan officers want three things from a lead: to know where it came from, how many buyers received it, and that the borrower asked to be contacted," said Chad Buchanan, founder of Mortgage Leads Co. "We built Mortgage Leads Co around those answers, with leads from our own consumer websites, a cap of three buyers on shared leads and a 72-hour return window."

Mortgage lead types and starting prices

Mortgage Leads Co sells nine lead types. Prices vary by credit tier and exclusivity:

  • Purchase mortgage leads: home buyers shopping for a purchase loan, filterable by timeframe and down payment. From $8.

  • Refinance leads: rate-and-term refinance requests with current rate, balance and property value. From $12.

  • Cash-out refinance leads: homeowners tapping equity for debt consolidation, renovation or investing. From $13.

  • DSCR leads: real estate investors seeking DSCR purchase or refinance loans qualified on rental income. From $30.

  • Home equity / HELOC leads: homeowners asking about a HELOC or home equity loan. From $4.

  • Reverse mortgage leads: homeowners 62 and older exploring a reverse mortgage. From $28.

  • Home seller leads: homeowners planning to sell and buy their next home. From $14.

  • Live transfers: borrowers connected by phone. From $95.

  • Aged mortgage leads: opt-in inquiries 30 days to more than a year old, for nurture and dialer campaigns. As low as $0.40 per lead, with a 25-lead minimum.

Exclusive leads range from $7 to $55 per lead and shared leads from $4 to $30, depending on loan type and credit tier.

How it works

Buyers create an account in about two minutes, set filters for licensed states, loan type, credit tier, loan amount, loan-to-value and timeframe, then fund a prepaid wallet starting at $250. Leads arrive within seconds of a borrower submitting a request, 24 hours a day. Buyers can set daily and monthly volume and spend caps, set a maximum bid per lead type, cap individual loan officers on a team, and pause or resume at any time.

Leads can be delivered by email, SMS or webhook, and into Zapier, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, Velocify, Jungo, Total Expert, BNTouch and Encompass (via webhook).

Consent and returns

Borrowers agree to consent language when they submit a request on the company's websites, and the company's buyer terms describe the consent information provided with its leads. Real-time leads that turn out to be bad can be returned within 72 hours for a wallet credit.

Mortgage Leads Co is not a lender, mortgage broker or loan originator. It does not quote rates, approve loans or close mortgages. Lead buyers remain responsible for their own licensing and for compliance with TCPA, RESPA and state law.

Loan officers and lenders can see pricing, filter leads by state and loan type, and open an account at mortgageleadsco.com.

Trump open to talks with N. Korean leader but no meeting scheduled: Rubio

WASHINGTON — U.S. President Donald Trump remains open to talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un if Pyongyang is willing to discuss issues of concern to Washington and its allies, but no meeting has been scheduled, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Saturday. Rubio made the remarks during a press conference following a Group of 20 (G20) foreign ministers' meeting in Atlanta. "I think the president's perspective is, if North Korea and Kim Jong-un is prepared to talk with the United States about issues that are of concern to us and of concern to our allies, like South Korea, he would be open to doing it," Rubio said. "Nothing has been scheduled. I do not have anything to announce in regards to that today," he added. His remarks came amid persistent speculations over the possibility of renewed diplomacy between Trump and Kim, who held three meetings during Trump's first presidential term. The comments also followed trilateral talks among Rubio and his South Korean and Japanese counterparts in Atlanta on Friday, during which the three top diplomats reaffirmed their commitment to th

Russia’s influence has surged among young people across Africa in recent years, leaping over former colonial power France while still trailing China, a survey of African youths has found. Many young Africans now perceive Russia to be an ally, observers said, warning its rivals to take the shift seriously as the continent becomes increasingly critical to both Moscow and Beijing. According to the African Youth Survey commissioned by the South Africa-based Ichikowitz Family Foundation, 54 per cent...

Hong Kong’s art trading hub ambitions rest on more than headline sales

A Vincent van Gogh painting not shown publicly for more than 60 years recently drew hundreds of people to Sotheby’s Hong Kong. Painted in May 1890, Châtaigniers en fleurs (Chestnut Trees in Flower) is a major work from his Auvers-sur-Oise period and could set an auction record. For three days, Sotheby’s opened the private collection to public viewing in Hong Kong. Its brief stay raises a question about the city’s art hub ambitions: what lasting expertise can be built around a masterpiece that...

Pump pressure: how rising fuel costs leave Hong Kong drivers running on fumes

Van driver Wong Siu-po, 48, felt life was becoming more difficult than ever as mounting fuel prices cost him an additional HK$5,000 (US$640) a month, about a third of his monthly income. With an 11-year-old daughter and an unemployed wife to support, he feels the pressure mounting. “I need to work three hours longer per day to make up for the loss of income,” he said. “I will cut down on air conditioning to save costs.” Wong’s plight echoed survey findings showing that nearly 98 per cent of...
