Gold River, United States - April 18, 2023 /PressCable/ —
CREtelligent announced today that it has added commercial real estate veteran Laura Millichap to its Board of Directors. The addition of Millichap to CREtelligent’s board aligns well with the company’s strategic direction and vision to power the commercial real estate (CRE) ecosystem as a trusted and leading provider of innovative due diligence solutions, analytics, and professional insights.
“We are so grateful to add Laura to our board,” said Anthony Romano, CEO of CREtelligent. “Laura has an extraordinary background in commercial real estate and related technology. I’m confident she’ll add value to the company and help support our continued growth. I look forward to rolling up our sleeves and working closely together,” said Romano.
Laura’s career in the commercial real estate industry spans nearly 30 years, with initial experience in commercial lending with Washington Mutual and Slatt Capital. With a passion for technology and a keen eye for process improvement, Laura moved into the prop-tech space, founding the real estate technology company CRE Simple, a SaaS workflow platform designed to support CRE transactions with integrated debt partners.
Laura serves in advisory roles for several technology firms, created and runs the Global Corporate Partnership program for Second Century Ventures, and performs Entrepreneur in Residence services for Second Century Ventures’ REACH program. Second Century Ventures is the venture arm of the National Association of Realtor®.
“Laura is a visionary passionate about simplifying commercial real estate transactions through technology. We could not have found a board member better matched to our vision,” said Romano.
About CREtelligent.com. Commercial Real Estate. Simplified.
Gold River, CA-based CREtelligent opened its doors in 2015 as eScreenLogic, a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) environmental due diligence firm focused on desktop, RSRA, Phase I, and Phase II site assessments. In late 2020, the company rebranded to CREtelligent to better reflect the company’s vision of powering the commercial real estate (CRE) ecosystem as a trusted and leading provider of innovative due diligence solutions, analytics, and professional insights.
The company has grown quickly since 2015. Some of that growth came from key acquisitions, including the addition of NexusCRE in 2022, a firm specializing in land services such as land surveys and zoning reports.
Today, CREtelligent provides services across the due diligence spectrum, including environmental, property resilience and conditions, land surveys, zoning, and more. Its RADIUS platform delivers these services faster and more efficiently than ever before, helping to reduce transaction cycle times and improve the CRE experience.
