Built in 1930 by De Noord NV Industrieel, Maats, Alblasserdam, Holland, Eileena features a riveted hull and measures 30 meters in length and 6.5 meters in beam. Turks Shipyard has already undertaken shot blasting and the overplating of the hull to ensure structural integrity. A professional paint job has also been applied, giving Eileena a clean fresh look, and protecting the ship from the elements. The engine and fuel tanks have been removed to maximise living space, but there is potential for a new wheelhouse if required.
Turks Shipyard customises the design elements of the living space to fit the purchaser's needs. Elements can include modern amenities for eco-friendly living, like solar panels and a rainwater collection, outdoor areas for a garden, and split-level spaces that utilise the height of the ship.

You're essentially getting the square footage at a fraction of the price. Moreover, the ongoing expenses can be less too.
