March 21, 2020 - /PressAdvantage/ - Indianapolis, Indiana -- Kennected, a leader in the lead generation space via LinkedIn Automation has written a new article about LinkedIn Profinder.
LinkedIn ProFinder gives professionals a platform to provide skillful resources and assistance needed by their members. Kennected published an article on this LinkedIn feature to guide users on how to maximize its use.
Kennected explains that ProFinder is essentially a ‘marketplace’ for professional services that LinkedIn users can access to find reliable help for a wide range of needs. ProFinder has professionals working in IT, writing, editing, marketing, and design. It even has professionals who offer business consultations and legal consultations.
LinkedIn ProFinder serves as an easy alternative to platforms like UpWork or FreeLancer.com, where you can also find professionals to assist you. ProFinder allows LinkedIn users to hire people directly from within their own network, based on what type of service they currently need. Because LinkedIn is already a well-known and trustworthy platform, users can be sure that ProFinder is a reliable source of professional help.
ProFinder works by finding service providers that are vetted socially on LinkedIn via their recommendations. The feature than includes a curated network of “Pros” to offer users their quotes. The user is free to choose who to hire for the job. This means that you can avail of their services directly. LinkedIn makes the whole process that much easier.
LinkedIn’s goal is to help users get responses from highly qualified, local professionals as soon as possible. Ideally, users should receive up to five responses from qualified service providers within 24 business hours of their request submission. ProFinder will match freelancers with potential clients looking for services.
Some factors that are considered when evaluating independent professionals to join LinkedIn’s freelance marketplace are following. Are you a freelance or independent professional. Are you experienced in your industry. Is it clear from your profile what kind of clients you serve.
Service providers on ProFinder have to complete their profile before they could get opportunities. The profile is one of the first things potential clients will see, so a successful profile will have a photo, a headline, and a summary. These sections will increase the likeliness of making a great first impression on potential clients. It just might land them their first few projects.
Professionals who are creating a ProFinder profile need to include relevant information about the services they can provide. It needs to be clear from the beginning what type of service they give, whether they are a writer, am editor, a graphic designer, etc. You can add up to 10 services to your ProFinder profile. Some information in your LinkedIn profile will carry over to your ProFinder profile.
One great benefit of LinkedIn ProFinder is that it is completely free for consumers to use. For freelancers and service providers, they can subscribe to the plan that suits them best. It is a very convenient way to meet and connect with potential clients. LinkedIn ProFinder is currently only available in the US and within specific service categories. Any LinkedIn member from any valid US zip code can file a request for a service.
Users can find LinkedIn ProFinder from their LinkedIn homepage by clicking on the Work button on the upper right side of the screen. Use of LinkedIn ProFinder is governed by the LinkedIn User Agreement, LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy, and the ProFinder Terms and Conditions.
LinkedIn is arguably the most prominent social networking site for professionals, and it is continuously expanding its services to make it easier for professionals to connect with one another. ProFinder is yet another feature that helps LinkedIn users accomplish this.
