Renovations are officially complete at the Reserve at Citrus, a leading Senior living community in Lecanto, FL. The Reserve at Citrus offers Assisted Living and Memory Care residences on four peaceful acres in one of central Florida's Premier retirement destinations.
The Reserve at Citrus now features completely remodeled living spaces, including a rich dining area, fireplace lounge, private dining room, multipurpose activity space, media entertainment lounge, a peaceful chapel, and outdoor patios. The renovation focused on creating new and inviting common spaces featuring rich leather looks, wood textures, and rustic materials paired with lush botanicals and a Floridian flair marry together to create a sense of an inland estate that provides a home-like environment for its residents and future residents.
Highlights of the project include significant renovations to the lobby area and the construction of an inviting cocktail bar and lounge area to create a warm lodge-like atmosphere that encourages relaxed socialization amongst residents. The design also created a superior, streamlined working environment that allows for exceptional quality of care.
All the renewed spaces offer a warm, comforting, and neutral color palette accented with cooler greens and blues with small pops of warmer orange tones to correspond with the colors found outdoors in the surrounding area. The rooms will incorporate rich and luxurious textures with sophisticated wooden furniture, plush seating and drapery, and striking artwork and lighting to create fresh and rejuvenated spaces for residents to feel at home and continue their activities while still receiving the care and services they need.
Like other Inspirit communities, properties offer assisted living and Inspirit's Sage Program, specifically designed for the memory impaired. The Sage Program's mission is to honor its residents — creating meaningful interactions in safe hands while working within its residents' memories and abilities.
