A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the doctor is board certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). Locally, Dr. McGowan is an affiliate of NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester (formerly Lawrence Hospital), Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital, and Montefiore Medical Center.
