In addition, specific features such as Bikeway can also be included to support specific activities, so the park has always been a very popular facility.

Special green space for children’s play

Nangang Park is a forest-themed playground located in Nangang District, Taipei City, where children can take risks and enjoy a new play experience. There is a large area of green space for children to run around. There are also recreational facilities such as trails, swings, tree house slides, and rope climbing. The main feature is that children can play like squirrels.

Qingguang Park is located next to Qingguang Market in Zhongshan District, Taipei City. There is also a night market at night. It is a special park where you can play games and enjoy food. Zebra-shaped ladder facilities, small make-believe, and large slides are all children’s favorite games.

Fuxing Park is located in Beitou District, Taipei City, and you can reach it by MRT to Xinbeitou Station. Since Beitou is a hot spring area, the park here has a pond for soaking your feet! Visitors can use the pool for free, and children can also play with sandpits, swings, and slides.

House prices rise due to parks

According to statistics from real estate operators, there are 1,100 green spaces in Taipei City. These green spaces are of different sizes. Only 36 have an area of more than 10,000 pings (1 ping equals to 3.3057 square meters). If you add the condition of being close to the MRT station, only nine parks are left.

The data also shows that in the neighborhoods around these nine parks, the transaction price will be 24% higher than the surrounding market. If this community is the first row facing the park, the transaction price will exceed the regional housing price by 68%.

Parks are very valuable in cities, and their functionality will be obvious if they are big enough. If it is close to the MRT station, these will be truly rare places. Of course, the house price will be higher, but the value preservation is also better.
