Elliot Padfield, British teen millionaire - entrepreneur, opens new business in South Florida

The 16-year-old keynote speaker seeks to invest in South Florida and support local education

Fort Lauderdale, Apr 17, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - When most of us are knee-deep into assignments and playing video games during our free time in college, there are a few extraordinary people who are busy making headlines and rewriting history at that age. One such extraordinary individual is a 16-year-old British entrepreneur, Elliot Padfield, who has established and built several global brands.

Starting by designing websites in his early teens for some spare money, he has spent the last 3 years building a multimillion-dollar portfolio. From an established private security and intelligence agency to his early-stage startup, Elion Health, a medical technology business designed to reduce waiting times, diagnosis times and create a culture of preventative medicine.

Elliot has no intention of stopping there though: His next challenge has brought him to South Florida. Acquiring local printing & mailing business, Precision Mailing, in March 2020, his attention is now on South Florida. Business is not all that brings him to South Florida, however; a love for public speaking and a passion for philanthropy means he's looking to inspire the next generation of young leaders in the US, as well.

After discovering his love for public speaking in high school, he now gives talks and speeches at events all around the world. Padfield claims that the favorite moments of his career so far have been those where he has been able to work with other teens. At a recent event for young people, held by global professional services firm, EY, he delivered a speech and worked to boost the confidence of an audience of middle and high school students.

When asked about why he feels his work is important, Padfield notes:

Whether students or working professionals, it shocks me how few people realize you can learn anything online. That's what is so rewarding about public speaking. Padfield had to balance schoolwork and his ever-growing business portfolio, one part of which offers 'near-live' intelligence solutions to businesses and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. He had to hire an executive assistant to join his expansive team, to take calls during school hours, which he would return once classes were over.

Elliot left education at the start of 2020 to pursue his entrepreneurial objectives and now employs over 100 people to run his businesses alongside a network of independent contractors and partners.
