Dotmoovs and DEFIT: Move & Earn projects join forces to brighten up this Christmas season
Dec 15, 2022
TALLINN, Estonia - Dec. 15, 2022 - PRLog -- After the initial hype, Move & Earn projects with sustainable economies are the ones thriving - and the only ones that will be here for the long term.
For the first time ever, two Move & Earn projects, dotmoovs and DEFIT, come together to encourage people to stay active during the holidays. With distinct technological approaches, both projects are committed to making physical activity more fun, rewarding, and user-friendly, no matter their crypto knowledge.
In Move & Earn, engaging in physical activity is a joy and not looked at as a chore or a means to fill one's pockets. The idea is simple: people have fun moving around, either that being walking or doing a more structured exercise like dancing, with the bonus of earning while they're at it.
Tapping into humans' competitive nature, this Christmas, sports fans will get more gifts under their Christmas tree. From December 10th to January 2nd, dotmoovs and DEFIT run their first-ever multi-sport Christmas Tournament. For the calmer ones or the adrenaline seekers, there's an option for everyone, as the apps' available sports include dance, freestyle football, walking, running, swimming or biking. To enter the tournament, all that participants need to do is download the dotmoovs and DEFIT mobile apps and sign-up using the same email address.
Those who complete the highest number of sports challenges/activities and perform the best in both apps can win dotmoovs NFT Sneakers, a smartwatch, dotmoovs and DEFIT-branded t-shirts, and tokens.
Thanks to technology, geography is no longer a barrier, and people can connect and challenge their friends to workout anytime, everywhere in the world. This is of major importance as nowadays there's an increasing tendency for sedentarism, which has been linked to an array of health problems, including chronic diseases. The medical community agrees: it's worth it to get out of one's comfort zone and exercise since physical activity improves and protects every individual's health and quality of life.
Dotmoovs and DEFIT Christmas Tournament intends to incentivize people to get off the couch and practice sports during the holiday season.
