Declan Grant joins Aeromed Group as President

Charlotte, North Carolina Jan 11, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - The Aeromed Group, a rising private equity firm specializing in supply chain solutions and technology for the aerospace and defense industry welcomes Declan Grant as President. In his role, he will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience that will help customers drive technology-focused, innovative solutions and oversee all operational, financial, supply chain, and commercial aspects of the business. 

Declan is an accomplished C-suite executive and board member with a strong background in strategic growth, operational excellence, and turnaround experience in both public and private equity settings. He will provide strategic leadership to the Aeromed group with his extensive experience in executive management, M&A, global sales, and marketing. Declan is a consistent performer who has built his career by taking care of both customers and suppliers and developing a culture that allows employees to develop and grow within a successful organization.

Declan held the position of Chief Commercial Officer and sat on the board at Incora prior to joining Aeromed Group. At Incora, he focused on the integration of Wesco Aircraft and Pattonair to form the largest supply chain integrator of hardware and chemicals for the A&D sector.

Prior to Incora, he held the roles of Chief Commercial Officer and Board Member at Wesco Aircraft, where he served as an executive officer. He led the integration of the world's largest chemical management services company, Haas Group International, and one of the leading global supply chain integrators, Wesco Aircraft, growing this merged publicly traded company to over $2B in sales. Declan was pivotal in the investor pitch that led to the successful sale of Wesco Aircraft to Platinum Equity for 11.5X EBITDA.  

Declan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Dublin City University.
