North Carolina Outer Banks Residents Assess Damage of Dorian

Woodbridge, United States - September 11, 2019 /MarketersMedia/ —

As floodwaters receded Saturday, North Carolina's Outer Banks residents began assessing the damage brought about by Hurricane Dorian.

Ocracoke Island, which is accessible only by boat or air, is one of the areas affected by Dorian. A resident of the island, Steve Harris, shared in an interview that he has been through eight hurricanes but never seen a storm bring such devastation to his community. "We just thought it was gonna be a normal blow. But the damage is going to be severe this time. This is flooding of biblical proportions."

Gov. Roy Cooper said that Dorian sent seawater over neighborhoods that flooded the first floor of many houses, causing residents to move to their attics to avoid the waters. With heavy water damage inside their homes, residents have been unable to perform normal hygiene practices such as bathing and showering.

Surviveware's newest product, the 4-Pack Biodegradable Wet Wipes, not only cleanses and refreshes hikers and adventure seekers, but also works well during evacuations, water interruptions, and contamination concerns.

The newly-released Surviveware Wet Wipes are an update in packaging to the popular 32-sheet pack. Surviveware now offers the wipes in 4-pack pouches, each containing 15 wipes, for a total of 60 wipes. Since the wipes come in smaller travel-friendly pouches, families can easily stash these wipes inside backpacks and rucksacks without worrying about the extra weight and bulk.

The wipes are loaded with a hypoallergenic formula that's safe even for babies and those with sensitive skin. In addition, Surviveware infused the wipes with natural ingredients like aloe and vitamin E to nourish the skin during each cleansing. The wipes leave a thin layer of moisture on the skin which dries nicely and leaves it feeling fresh, but not sticky, after each use.

A key feature of these wipes is the size, with each measuring 8" x 12" - 30% larger compared to regular wipes. Due to its wider span, a single sheet can cover a larger surface area. Thus, a single pack of 15 sheets lasts longer.

Surviveware's 4-Pack Wet Wipes are made of a durable, biodegradable, soft cloth that glides smoothly across the skin. The biodegradable fibers contain no plastic, so they begin to disintegrate within 28 days after use, decomposing within 8 to 12 months, which is remarkably less than plastic-based wipes that take hundreds of years to break down.

A Surviveware customer who loves to camp expressed her excitement at the newly sized packaging of the wet wipes in an Amazon review: "These are great wipes. Wet wipes are essential if you're the kind of person who likes to keep clean while camping. We didn't realize how big the individual wipes were until we got to the campsite and use them. We wound up ripping the wipes in half so that we wouldn't go through them as fast. Overall, great product, and we will definitely order them again."

Enjoy the benefits of a straightforward product that can address your hygiene concerns. Purchase the Surviveware 4-Pack Biodegradable Wet Wipes right now and slash 20% off your order when you use a Surviveware Amazon discount code.

US-China AI talks must ensure safety of both tech and business

In New York last month, US-China talks on artificial intelligence opened up a path of cooperation.
