Boise, Idaho, United States - September 20, 2016 /MarketersMedia/ —
Orbital welding equipment, gas scrubbers and gas cabinets are a vital part of a wide range of different industries, from technology to pharmaceuticals. As such, there are a huge number of companies in the US and beyond who need to source gas cabinets and related items at the highest quality, for the best price. Critical Systems Inc. has been providing these products for nearly twenty years, and has now completed construction on a brand new, state of the art UHP Fabrication Center, which will form part of their new headquarters in Boise, Idaho.
The new design has given the company five times the fabrication space to work with, while improving the efficiency of all workspace by 50%, thanks to a new ‘work cells’ concept. Combining these improvements in scale and efficiency means a tenfold increase in capacity over their previous expansion in 2011.
The new facility puts the company on the forefront of manufacturing capability throughout the world. It is the result of a multimillion dollar investment over five years. This means companies can buy the very best American-made equipment at a scale never before seen, all while creating new jobs in partnership with Boise City Business Development and Idaho State Representatives.
The innovation in manufacturing is only one side of the story: the company has posted three new patents in just the last 18 months, meaning the new facilities will help them to diversify their product offer as well as increase production capacity.
A spokesperson for Critical Systems, Inc. explained, “Controlled systematic growth continues to be our company edict, and this work is the culmination of an 18-year effort to become the world leader in gas management systems. With this new facility, and with our new and innovative products poised to hit the market, we feel confident in saying that goal is now within arm’s reach.”
