Columbus Roofing Contractor Believes Customers Deserve the Best Products and Thorough Exterior Services

April 21, 2022 - /PressAdvantage/ - Worthington, Ohio-based Best Exteriors has established a reputation for being one of the finest roofing and siding contractors in their area; something that goes well beyond just doing quality exterior work. They are a Columbus roofing contractor that truly believes customers also deserve the use of the best products when getting any type of exterior work done for them and the service that they receive should be thorough and well-rounded. Customers will get the best return on their investment because the work that’s been completed for them will last well into the future.

A company representative, Drew Paetow, stated, “Our many years in the roofing business tell us that there is a lot more to having a stable and watertight roof than just placing new shingles or other new roofing material on top of it. That’s why whenever we get called on to inspect a roof, we always try to determine if there are any structural issues present that can cause problems in the future and note any other concerns that our customers need to be made aware of. Being thorough in every aspect of our job is the only way that we at Best Exteriors know how to go about doing our roofing and other exterior services.”

Paetow continued by mentioning that a lot of contractors are just putting on roofs instead of a fully integrated roofing system along with not using products that will give homeowners the best warranties. That results in a customer having a system underneath the roof repairs that will not give homeowners the full 50-year warranty they are entitled to in most cases. He says quite the opposite is true with them because they at Best Exteriors provide fully integrated roofing systems by using the best products for the entire roof. This includes premium underlayment, flashing, shingles, and more. The company representative says that it’s a customer-focused approach that is used in all the services provided by Best Exteriors. A good example of this is how they use James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding and other premium materials that they fully trust to provide the best long-term experience for their customers.

This 5-star review from recent customer Brett Zyromski sums up the extra detail and effort that Best Exteriors puts into every roofing or exterior project that they take on. Zyromski stated, “We initially asked Drew to come to look at our garage roof. He helped us work through some concerns with adding solar to our house. In fact, he stayed for 90-minutes answering our questions. We ended up adding a new roof to our house and our garage and we are so glad that we did. Drew found structural issues with our roof that saved us headaches down the line. Drew was available and highly communicative throughout the process. He consistently answered all our questions and we have a beautiful roof. The crew that replaced the roof was amazing. They were highly concerned with ensuring their work was of high quality. It was clear they took pride in their work. They cleaned up around the house really well. They also heard our concerns and made intelligent decisions along the way. Overall, it was very fast and very well done. We are so thankful we hired Best Exteriors. We give them our highest recommendation.” This is just one of 84 reviews that have been left on the company’s Google Maps Business Listing and all of them give Best Exteriors the highest possible 5 out of 5-star rating.

Paetow mentioned that in addition to Columbus they also provide roofing, siding, and other exterior services such as gutter, skylight, window, and exterior door installations to those in Westerville, Powell, Delaware, Dublin, Lewis Center, Gahanna, New Albany, Hilliard, Bexley, and more. He added that those who would like more information on the Columbus roofing and other exterior services that Best Exteriors offers are always welcome to call them or they can refer to the company website at https://www.bestexteriorsinc.com/.
