Life coaching is an effective tool for people who want to change their lives and/or achieve their goals but aren’t sure how to go about it. Working with a life coach can help clarify short term and long term goals and help people come up with realistic, attainable ways to get there.

Lynda’s approach is collaborative, client centered and holistic. Her main goal is to help her clients uncover what’s holding them back and consider new perspectives, ultimately helping people see the “big picture” of their lives and identify any barriers to success.

Key to her clients’ success is a more focused awareness and mindfulness of their emotions and thinking process, using a process that can be found in this report: https://lyndahoffman.com/mindfulness-get-started-and-enhance-your-well-being/

Lynda guides her clients toward their goals and helps them achieve meaningful, long-lasting results through personal leadership and executive functioning skills. She works with each client individually to identify problem areas and will offer professional advice to help them flourish both professionally and personally.

She also specializes in ADHD coaching, which is quickly becoming an efficient resource to help families and individuals deal with ADHD and other focus-related hindrances. Studies have shown that ADHD coaching has helped people think and work more productively, manage time and tasks more efficiently and use more positive self-talk.

Lynda Hoffman is a graduate from McGill University, a certified life coach and a member of the International Coach Federation. Her life coaching career started at Concordia and has continued with further training from expert coaches in both the United States and Canada.

She is also a certified Educational Kinesiologist and has studied at length the concepts from Immunity to Change from Harvard, and Tara Brach’s work linking eastern spiritual practices with western psychology. She feels this integration of philosophies is integral to her practice.

Lynda has received many accolades for her work, including an online testimonial reading, “Within weeks of beginning to coach, I was taking actions and making decisions I had been holding off making for years.”
