AmoTx Leaps into Action on Providing Face Masks and PPE

The COVID-2019 outbreak has been spreading around the world, and AmoTx is ready to help ease the shortage of PPE such as face masks.

New York, United States - April 2, 2020 /MarketersMedia/ —

COVID-19, the disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, has spread around the world, sending billions of people into lockdown. By the end of March, there were 3,900 deaths and more than 189,000 confirmed cases in the U.S. AmoTx is ready to provide various kinds of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ease the burden of PPE shortage.

As the outbreak has worsened, experts have increasingly acknowledged that public use of masks could help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Coronavirus appears to mostly spread when germ-containing droplets make it into a person’s mouth, nose, or eyes, thus a physical barrier in front of mouth and nose can decrease the chance of infection. What’s more, since some spread happens when people are asymptomatic, wearing a face mask when going out will be safer to protect oneself and avoid inadvertently infecting other people.

AmoTx provides disposable masks for civilian use and medical protective masks such as N95 Masks, a kind of respiratory protective device designed to achieve a very close facial fit and very efficient filtration of airborne particles.

Regularly and thoroughly cleaning hands with an alcohol-based hand rub is also one of the basic protective measures against the novel coronavirus. Disposable hand sanitizing gel both in 300 ml and 50 ml is also available at AmoTx. All these protective masks and sanitizing gel have obtained CE and FDA certification.

For professional protection, AmoTx offers disposable isolation gown and medical disposable protective clothing of class2, class3 and ethylene oxide sterilization. The protective coveralls are breathable and comfortable, and provide comprehensive protection for those who are at high risk of exposure to toxic agents, hazardous chemicals and infectious substances.

AmoTx hopes to help stop the spreading of COVID-19 by offering the aforementioned PPEs. Since China is now the only resource that has extra PPE, the delivery will take 10-20 days. More information can be reached at https://www.epidemiology.amotx.com/.
