TUSK has announced a new update to its search engine, available on desktop, Android, and Apple mobile devices - now offering integrated AI chatbot functionality.

Santa Barbara, United States - February 7, 2024 /PressCable/ —
The new update includes access to Gippr AI, an alternative to ChatGPT, which offers conservative-focused output in line with the company’s focus on free speech.

The company explains that a free flow of information - without banned or suppressed content, and with no fear of punishment for political views - is increasingly important, especially in countries with strict rules on censorship. The web browser and search engine were built by conservatives for conservative users and offer full control through Left, Center, and Right filters - which can be added to a query at the point of search.
“TUSK is a web browser app for your mobile device or computer that features an anti-censorship search engine, news feed, and chatbot called Gippr AI,” a spokesperson for the company explains. “It's built by an all-American company to promote the idea that America is indeed the land of the free and brave.”
ChatGPT garnered over 100 million users faster than any other platform in history in 2023 but has faced criticism over perceived liberal bias. The team at TUSK wanted to provide an alternative search experience with integrated AI - and note that users can access content without the risk of it being blocked or removed.
The search engine refrains from tracking user activity, including sites visited, search terms entered, or content downloaded. Any essential user data is stored locally on devices or protected by stringent encryption protocols.
Personalization tools allow TUSK users to customize their experience by building news feeds based solely on sites and sources they trust. While some popular conservative media outlets are included by default, users have full control over channels included in their feeds.
The TUSK Search browser is now accessible on both desktop and mobile devices, available via the company website, iOS App Store, and Google Play Store. With integrated AI and a dedication to upholding free speech and user privacy, it offers an alternative search engine experience.
