With sample meal plans, shopping lists, and recipes throughout, athletes will feel empowered to reach their short- and long-term fitness goals.
Praise for the Run Walk Run® Method:
"I had thought I was done with running; but when I signed up for local 5K races and 2 mile races, I needed to re-start my training. Jeff Galloway's method of run/walk/run intervals is as easy a training program as I know."
Verified Buyer V.J.
"...the method works. I'm using a Run 3 minutes walk 30 seconds method and I haven't been injured at all during my runs, I feel great the day after my long runs, and my timing is actually faster than running straight."
Verified Buyer Chris Foster
