Mar 4, 2023

Through Lead Gen Dept.’s tested and proven approach to selling to enterprise accounts, businesses are standing out by providing value, education, and insights to build trust with prospects.

United Kingdom - March 4, 2023 —

Lead generation has always been difficult, but it's even harder for businesses to close enterprise-level accounts. For most businesses, once they book a meeting with a big company, say Facebook, IBM, or Nike level big, they fail to close because they immediately try to sell rather than offer value. The low conversion rates on enterprise accounts have discouraged many businesses from trying to close big companies.

Lead Gen Dept. is leading the way in revolutionizing B2B lead generation, especially when closing enterprise-level accounts. The renowned lead generation agency aims to translate B2B lead generation for businesses to help present opportunities and inspire companies to rethink their lead generation and conversion approaches.

Specialising in B2B lead generation, Lead Gen Dept. has developed an approach that helps clients get in front of enterprise accounts. The simple – offer value to prospects – technique has revolutionized how businesses sell to enterprise accounts. According to Connor Addis, the Managing Director at Lead Gen Dept., the key is to create a non-sale environment during the first meeting. Businesses need to offer value instead of jumping straight to selling. “We’re inviting them into a discussion where they can learn and be educated about how other companies similar to them are achieving great results.”

By offering value, education, and insights within the first thirty minutes of a meeting, trust begins to bloom, which increases the chances of the prospect being receptive to the sale offered toward the end of the meeting. This innovative approach focused on value and education, has been developed and perfected by experts at Lead Gen Dept. who have used it to help clients close enterprise-level accounts.

Through its disruptive, bespoke lead generation approach and its commitment to breaking new ground in B2B lead generation, Lead Gen Dept. is ushering in a new era of successfully selling to enterprise accounts. The agency is taking the intimidation most businesses feel out of the equation and replacing it with the right approach; value, education, and insight to build trust with prospects.

N. Korea showcases Hwasong-20 ICBM, strategic weapons at new defense museum

North Korea has showcased the Hwasong-20 intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), submarine-launched ballistic missiles and other advanced weaponry at a newly opened defense museum, according to state media Tuesday. North Korea held an opening ceremony for the National Defense Revolution Museum on Sunday on the occasion of the 81st founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), which falls on Oct. 10, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA). According to photos published by state media, items on display included the Hwasong-20 ICBM capable of striking almost anywhere in the U.S. mainland and its mobile launcher. The solid-fuel Hwasong-20 was first unveiled during a military parade marking the party's 80th founding anniversary last year. The North's media previously described it as "the most powerful nuclear strategic weapon system." In an apparent bid to flex its muscles, North Korea exposed a diagram showing the Hwasong-20 ICBM tipped with multiple warheads and an explanation board describing the flight range of the new ICBM, encompassing the Middle East, Austra

S. Korea maintains demand for Ukraine's apology over NK POW disclosure

South Korea is continuing efforts to resolve its recent diplomatic dispute with Ukraine while maintaining its demand for an apology from Kyiv over its disclosure of the transfer of North Korean prisoners of war (POWs) to Seoul, the foreign ministry said Tuesday. "The government hopes that all pending issues between the two countries will be resolved amicably," ministry spokesperson Park Doo-soon told a press briefing. "To that end, we will continue consultations with the Ukrainian side and are currently maintaining communication." The statement came after Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said the matter had been "resolved" in an interview with RBC-Ukraine on Monday (local time). "Everything stemmed from different interpretations of the confidentiality requirements at various stages of the transfer of the prisoners of war. Ukraine fulfilled all its obligations," Sybiha was quoted as saying by RBC-Ukraine. The report said Seoul was continuing to escalate the situation by recalling its ambassador, despite Kyiv's view that the dispute had been resolved. Asked whether Seoul's demand fo

Cheong Wa Dae sets up task force to arrange golf outing with Trump

Cheong Wa Dae has formed a task force and begun preparations for a potential round of golf between President Lee Jae Myung and U.S. President Donald Trump. A Cheong Wa Dae official said Tuesday that the task force was established late last month, shortly after Lee returned from his trip to the U.S. and Mexico, to prepare for a possible golf outing between the two leaders. The move follows Trump's request during a Korea-U.S. summit to arrange a golf outing. Although no date has been set, there is speculation that the two leaders could play golf on the sidelines of the Group of 20 summit in Miami in December. The task force has reportedly already held an in-person meeting, during which members reviewed Trump's previous golf outings with other world leaders and discussed specific arrangements. The push to arrange a golf outing with Trump comes amid a separate controversy over Lee's own golfing activities. Politicians from the main opposition People Power Party, including Rep. Joo Jin-woo, accused Lee of indulging in "luxury golf" on the day the ceiling of a commercial building collapsed in
