ERTC eligibility check and application solutions continue to be available to US business owners, announces ERTC Express.

ERTC Express is expanding its ERTC pre-qualification and application solutions to help businesses impacted by the pandemic access their due refunds.

The announcement comes amid growing confusion over ERTC availability, as the current IRS moratorium has been extended indefinitely - and many businesses believe that applying for the ERTC is no longer possible.
The current official position of the IRS does not mean that new ERTC claims cannot be made - and while processing times now exceed the standard 180 days, the program is still available for businesses who have been impacted by the pandemic, explains ERTC Express.
The company offers a free, no-obligation eligibility check that requires only 15 minutes of the business owner’s time. If eligible, the business can choose to work with ERTC to have their claims submitted, which would allow them to get refunds of up to $26,000 per W2 employee.
To ensure that all submissions comply with the latest IRS regulations, ERTC Express works exclusively with CPAs specializing in ERTC claims. All documentation is checked and prepared to ensure it meets all IRS criteria and to eliminate the risk of ineligible businesses filing for refunds.
And while some businesses that remained open during the pandemic may not qualify for ERTC, many do - more, in fact, than is commonly believed, says a company representative.
“The ERTC tax incentive has several provisions that make it possible for employers who were not forced to completely shut down their business to qualify for the ERTC,” they explain. “Businesses that were forced to partially shut down their business can make a claim. Additionally, those businesses without a government mandate to shut down or partially shut down their business can still qualify through revenue decline.”
Credits can be given for anything from revenue decline and capacity restrictions to remote work orders, customer or vendor restrictions, and supply chain disturbances. ERTC Express is always ready to help clients assess their eligibility and start the application process.
Under current legislation, claims for 2020 can be submitted by April 15, 2024, and claims for 2021 by April 15, 2025.

Getting relations with China right is widely seen as Britain’s epoch-defining challenge. It is also one it is woefully unprepared to face. So concluded a recent audit by the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC), which highlighted that top negotiators lacked basic Chinese language skills. More critically, it exposed a deeper deficit: a poor grasp of China spanning political elites and the public alike. This is rooted in a desk-bound classroom sinology rather than a nuanced appreciation...
