2020 Space Information Conference held in Hangzhou China

Hangzhou, Zhejiang Jan 22, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - On December 17th and 18th of 2020, the 2020 Space Information Conference was held in the Cloud Town (Yunqi Xiaozhen)Hangzhou, China. The conference was organized by the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, and was co-organized by the Xihu District People's Government of Hangzhou Municipality, Hangzhou Investment Promotion Bureau, Hangzhou Economic and Information Technology Bureau, and China Academy of Space Technology.

The conference centered on the theme of "Integration of Digital intelligence of Space, Sky, Earth, and Sea", fully demonstrating the deep combination of the aerospace and information industry and the digital economy of Hangzhou.

The conference included the main summit, the forum of aerospace and information industry, roadshow, drone show, and closed-door forum. Representatives of outstanding enterprises, VC/PEs of commercial aerospace of remote sensing, BeiDou navigation system application, navigation, surveying and mapping, and space-time big data, looked back together at the history of the rapid development and discussed the possibilities in the future of commercial aerospace of China.

Chen Shanzhi, deputy general manager of China Information and Communication Technology Group Co., Ltd., Yu Faxin, director of the Institute of Aerospace Electronics Engineering, School of Aeronautics and Astronautics of Zhejiang University, Liu Lei, director of the 502 Institute of China Academy of Space Technology, and Chen Shiqing, the Supercomputer expert, delivered keynote speeches at the main summit which held on the morning of December 18th.

The Hangzhou Center of China Academy of Space Technology was officially unveiled at the conference. Industrial chains and ecosystems will be established, and the application of the aerospace information industry will be promoted.
